Chocolate honeycomb self-saucing pudding

Indulgent self-saucing chocolate pudding to satisfy any chocoholic cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 161.25 gm caster sugar
  • 187.50 gm self-raising flour, sifted
  • 42.90 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 193.13 gm milk
  • 75g butter, melted
  • 2 x 50g Violet Crumble chocolate bars, chopped
  • 118.80 gm brown sugar
  • 500.00 gm boiling water
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
  • In a bowl, mix caster sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Add milk, melted butter, and half of the Violet Crumble bar. Transfer the mixture into an 8-cup ovenproof dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cocoa over the mixture followed by the brown sugar. Place the mixture on a baking tray and pour boiling water over the back of a large metal spoon to cover the pudding. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is set. Finish by sprinkling the remaining Violet Crumble bar on top. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving immediately with ice cream.
