Chocolate Lover's Dream Cake

A decadent chocolate chip cake made with Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ chocolate fudge cake mix, perfect for any occasion. A dream for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate fudge instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (9 oz)
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1 bar (2.07 oz) Snickers™ candy bar, unwrapped, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan generously or use baking spray with flour.
  • Combine cake mix, chocolate milk, butter, eggs, sour cream, and dry pudding mix in a large bowl until well blended using a spoon (batter will be very thick). Gently fold in 2 cups of chocolate chips and transfer batter into a pan.
  • Bake for 56 to 64 minutes until the top springs back when lightly touched in the center. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Then invert the pan onto a cooling rack or heatproof serving plate, remove the pan, and let it cool completely for about 2 hours.
  • Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a small heatproof bowl by pouring hot whipping cream over them; let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate glaze over the cake, then top with 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, caramel topping, toffee bits, and chopped candy. Store cake at room temperature loosely covered.
