Indulgent mix of Mars Bar slice, chocolate crackles, Bounties, and Cherry Ripes for a blissful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 200g block dark chocolate, chopped
  • 120g copha, chopped
  • 2 x 72g packets Mars Bars, chopped
  • 1500.00 ml rice bubbles
  • 2 x 45g Bounty chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 x 52g Cherry Ripe chocolate bars, chopped
  • Hundreds and thousands, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, leaving a 3cm overhang above the edges of the pan.
  • Combine dark chocolate, copha, and chopped Mars Bars in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly for 4 to 5 minutes until smooth and well combined. Rest for 2 minutes before proceeding.
  • In a large heatproof bowl, combine rice bubbles with the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined. Mix in chopped Bounty and Cherry Ripe bars. Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan and press it down with the back of a spoon to make it level. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands, cover, and refrigerate overnight or until set. Serve by cutting into squares.
