Quick and effortless chocolate mousse made without eggs, requiring no cooking. A simple yet sophisticated dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.66666668653488 cup Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese KFT
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon grated chocolate
Instructions:
  • In a large chilled bowl, blend together cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Whip with chilled beaters using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese until soft. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and beat until combined. Mix in almond extract until fully incorporated. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the chocolate whipped cream until well blended.
  • Fill small serving dishes with the decadent mousse and generously sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
