Excite kids with Easter chocolate coconut nests.
Ingredients:
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 100g pkt Chang’s Original Fried Noodles
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 60 M&M’s Speckled Eggs
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in the fried noodles and coconut until well combined.
  • Scoop the chocolate mixture onto the prepared tray using 2 dessert spoons to form small mounds. Create a hollow in the center of each mound and add 3 eggs. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container.
