Festive Easter chocolate nests.
Ingredients:
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 40 coloured candy-coated Easter eggs
Instructions:
  • Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of gently simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Melt the chocolate, then let it cool slightly before mixing in the coconut.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape heaping tablespoons of chocolate into nests, approximately 7cm wide. Use the back of a spoon to create an indentation in the center of each nest for the eggs. Allow to cool fully, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set. Fill the nests with eggs right before serving.
