Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Decadent chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips made effortlessly using biscuit baking mix.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large saucepan, gently melt the chocolate and butter with sweetened condensed milk over low heat; then, remove from heat.
  • Combine biscuit mix, egg, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before gently folding in the peanut butter chips.
  • Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the tops are lightly crusted. Allow to cool and store any leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.
