Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 0.5 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 packet granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
Instructions:
  • Transfer freshly brewed coffee into an ice cube tray. Allow the coffee to freeze until it forms coffee ice cubes, which should take around 1 to 2 hours.
  • In a blender, mix coffee ice cubes, soy milk, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and no-calorie sweetener until frothy.
