Decadent chocolate peanut butter pancakes for a luxurious weekend treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original pancake and baking mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 14 miniature Reese’s™ peanut butter cups, unwrapped, halved
  • 1/3 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 7 tablespoons Hershey’s™ chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (375°F); lightly brush with vegetable oil, if needed. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick™ mix, milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, eggs, and sugar. If the batter is too thick, mix in 1 to 2 more tablespoons of milk.
  • Pour a generous 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges start to dry and bubbles appear on top. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Place 1/4 cup peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 20 to 30 seconds until it reaches a drizzling consistency. Place 4 peanut butter cup halves on 2 pancakes, sprinkle with slightly less than 1 tablespoon of chopped dry-roasted peanuts, drizzle with 2 teaspoons of melted peanut butter, and top with 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
