Indulgent chocolate pecan pie with gooey fudgy layer from melted chocolate chips. Perfect for holiday celebrations!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.66666698455811 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333298563957 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together corn syrup, sugar, melted margarine, eggs, and salt using an electric mixer until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips and pecans. Transfer the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Simply bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes until fully set.
  • Allow the dish to reach room temperature before enjoying.
