Indulgent dessert with chocolate pudding and fresh forest berries ready in minutes from your freezer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g pkt frozen fresh forest berries
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Cointreau liqueur
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar mixture, sifted
  • 1 x 475g pkt frozen chocolate pudding
  • Vanilla ice-cream (optional), to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix the berries, Cointreau, and icing sugar and let sit for 20 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Slice the frozen pudding into six even pieces and warm according to package instructions.
  • Portion the pudding onto individual serving plates and top each with the berry mixture. Serve promptly with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
