Indulgent dark chocolate mousse made with ricotta, honey, and vanilla, ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching. It should take around 5 minutes. Let it cool briefly before using.
  • Blend together the melted chocolate, ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender until silky smooth. Transfer the mixture into dessert cups or glasses and refrigerate until fully chilled.
