Chocolate rum and raisin truffles

Share festive Christmas truffles with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 375.00 ml chopped Raisins
  • 40.00 ml dark rum
  • 2 x 200g pkts premium dark chocolate
  • 1 x 395g can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 x 100g pkts Ducks Macadamia Nuts, toasted, chopped
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Cocoa
  • 200g NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Dark Choc Melts, melted
  • 200g NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Choc Melts, melted
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix raisins and rum thoroughly and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate, then blend with condensed milk in a large bowl. Fold in raisin mixture. Chill until firm.
  • Prepare a tray with non-stick baking paper. Shape teaspoonfuls of truffle mixture into balls. Get creative with decorations like macadamias, sprinkles, cocoa, or by dipping in melted Dark Melts and then drizzling with melted White Melts. Place the decorated balls on the tray and chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until they firm up.
