Indulgent dessert made with raspberry yogurt and creamy frosting for a quick and delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt red raspberry
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to combine the dry cake mix and butter until crumbly. Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, and frosting. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Mix in the eggs until blended. Pour the mixture over the pan. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbly mixture.
  • Bake until the center is set, 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled. Before serving, mix strawberries and blueberries into the pie filling. Serve each portion with a spoonful of the berry mixture on top. Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
