Decadent chocolate chip oat cookie bars swirled with fudgy chocolate and caramel for the ultimate gooey-chewy bliss.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Kraft™ caramel bits
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup canned sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Gently fold in oats and caramel bits until well combined. Set aside 3/4 cup of the cookie dough. Press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  • Heat chocolate chips and condensed milk in a saucepan until chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread mixture on cookie base, then crumble remaining cookie dough on top.
  • Bake for 34 to 38 minutes until beautifully golden brown, then allow it to cool completely for about 2 1/2 hours.
  • Cut the food into bite-sized pieces and store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
