Crunchy cornflake peanut butter balls dipped in rich chocolate, perfect for holiday indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine cornflakes cereal, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and butter in a bowl. Use a melon baller to shape mixture into balls and place them on a plate or baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 3 hours.
  • Combine chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted (1 to 3 minutes).
  • Prepare the baking sheet by greasing it.
  • Coat peanut butter balls with melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly covered, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
