Decadent chocolate-covered peanut butter rice bars, no baking required.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine butter, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in the rice cereal evenly. Firmly press the mixture into the pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth, stirring occasionally. Evenly spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter bars and refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.
