Decadent no-bake cookies featuring creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 8-inch baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter until fragrant. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and bring to a lively boil. Stir continuously for about 1 minute until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Lower the heat to medium, then incorporate the peanut butter and chocolate-hazelnut spread. Stir and cook until smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and mix in the oats until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, and spread it into an even layer using a spatula or spoon.
  • Let the mixture cool thoroughly for at least 30 minutes before lifting it out of the baking dish using the foil. Cut into bars before serving.
