Indulgent chocolate cookie cups filled with creamy peanut butter and mini chips for a deliciously simple treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon miniature semisweet chocolate chips, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and generously spray 36 mini muffin cups with cooking spray containing flour.
  • Combine the ingredients for the Cookie Cups in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Place 1 rounded teaspoon of cookie dough into each mini muffin cup.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the center is set when lightly touched. Allow to cool in the muffin cups for 5 minutes, then press an indentation into the center of each cookie cup using the end of a wooden spoon, wiping it clean with a paper towel as needed. Let them cool for an additional 10 minutes in the muffin cups. Use a small knife to loosen the edges and transfer the cookie cups onto a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine Frosting ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Transfer frosting into a large resealable bag and cut a small corner. Fill each cookie cup with about 2 teaspoons of frosting from the bag. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and store covered at room temperature.
