Add heart-shaped chocolates to top peanut butter cookies for a delightful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sugar
  • About 36 heart-shaped milk chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix milk and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth, then add Bisquick mix and vanilla.
  • Roll the dough into 1 1/4-inch balls, coat the tops with sugar, and arrange them on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart with the sugar side facing up.
  • Bake the cookies until the bottoms just begin to brown (8 to 10 minutes). Press a chocolate candy onto the top of each cookie right away. Transfer the cookies from the sheet to a cooling rack.
