Chocolaty Peppermint Buddies Crunch

Peppermint Bark Chex Mix Muddy Buddies: white, milk, and semi-sweet chocolate drizzled. A delicious blend perfect for gifting or indulging!
Ingredients:
  • 3 bags (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark
  • 1/2 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Cover 3 cookie sheets with waxed paper, foil, or cooking parchment paper. Evenly distribute one bag of cereal onto each sheet in a single layer.
  • In separate microwavable bowls, heat semisweet, milk chocolate, and white vanilla chips each with 1/2 teaspoon of oil until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Drizzle each bowl of melted chips evenly over separate sheets of cereal.
  • Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm. Break the mixture into pieces and store in a sealed container at room temperature.
