Easy no-cook fudge with Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark for a crunchy base and creamy chocolate layer on top. No need for a candy thermometer!
Ingredients:
  • 3 oz white chocolate baking squares, chopped (from 6-oz package)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark, coarsely crushed
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark, slightly crushed
  • Powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with foil, ensuring that 1 inch of foil overhangs at two opposite sides of the pan. Grease the foil with butter.
  • In a medium microwavable bowl, combine white chocolate and butter. Microwave on 70% power for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, making sure to stir after 1 minute, until the chocolate is almost melted. Stir until smooth. Add 2 cups of crushed cereal and mix until fully coated. Press the mixture into a pan and set aside.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and vanilla. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread over white chocolate layer, sprinkle with 1/3 cup crushed cereal, press gently, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and 30 minutes until firm. Remove from pan using foil edges, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows, store in a lidded plastic container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks with waxed paper between layers.
