Whip up delicious fish cakes quickly and effortlessly with this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 500g boneless white fish fillets, roughly chopped
  • 562.50 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 green onions, trimmed, sliced
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • White pepper, to season
  • 36.40 gm light olive oil
  • Aioli, to serve
  • Baby rocket, to serve
  • Oven-baked potato chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend fish, breadcrumbs, onion, dill, and egg until nearly smooth. Season with salt and white pepper. Form 8 patties using 1/4 cup of the mixture for each patty. Place on a baking paper-lined tray, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, heat half of the oil. Add half of the patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining oil and patties.
  • Present the patties promptly alongside aioli, arugula, and fries.
