Get ready for the ultimate holiday treat with these popular peppermint candies. They melt in your mouth and are super easy to make. Freeze for long-lasting freshness. Customize into beautiful shapes with sugar and molds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 drops peppermint oil
  • 1 drop any color food coloring paste
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Add peppermint oil and mix well. Optionally, add food coloring paste for desired color. Alternatively, leave mixture white.
  • Form mixture into petite balls, then gently press down with a sugary fork on waxed paper. Allow to set for approximately 2 hours, then chill in the freezer or fridge.
