Decadent chocolate bars with mint cream cheese frosting and chocolate drizzle. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (15 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 3 to 4 drops green food color
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Mix bar ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the pan's bottom. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool for around 10 minutes.
  • Mix the mint extract and food color into the frosting until well combined. Spread the frosting over the bars.
  • Microwave glaze ingredients in a small bowl on High for 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over frosting and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows for bars.
