Easy 4-ingredient pumpkin bars, perfect for a quick and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (30 oz) pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
  • 1 box (15 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Spread a luscious layer of pumpkin pie mix in the pan, followed by a generous sprinkle of dry cake mix over the top. Finish off by dotting the mix with decadent butter and a scattering of crunchy pecans.
  • Use a knife to create a swirl pattern in the mixture. Rotate the pan one-quarter turn and swirl the knife again.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and the top is firm.
