Gluten-free monster cookies filled with chocolate chips, M&M's, peanut butter, and Rice Chex. Use Betty Crocker Gluten Free cookie mix for easy baking. Big, chewy treats perfect for hiking or a tasty pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box (19 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 3/4 cup M&M's® milk chocolate candies
  • 1/2 cup Rice Chex™ cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and egg until well combined. Add cookie mix and stir until a soft dough forms. Gently fold in candies and cereal, breaking the cereal into pieces as you mix.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 3 inches apart.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool for at least 2 minutes before transferring from cookie sheets. Ensure cookies cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
