Elevate minced clams with garlic, thyme, and oregano for a versatile and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can minced clams, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for that perfect bake.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil. Cook onion for 2 to 3 minutes in the oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, being careful not to brown the garlic. Mix in clams, thyme, and oregano. Take off the heat and stir in the beaten egg. Combine well, then fold in breadcrumbs. Spoon mixture into 4 ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle butter over each ramekin.
  • Place in a hot oven for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
