Elevate your barbecue with these flavorful skewers.
Ingredients:
  • 460g chorizo
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 360g haloumi, cubed
  • 24 pimento stuffed green olives
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Heat up your barbecue plate or chargrill over a medium heat. Sear the chorizo for 1 minute on each side. Mix together lemon zest, parsley, and garlic. Skewer the chorizo, haloumi, and olives onto 8 skewers. Give them a light brush with oil.
  • Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the chorizo and haloumi are beautifully browned and heated through, for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with zesty lemon rind mixture before serving to enhance the flavors.
