Serve up exquisite oysters topped with savory haloumi and chorizo for an unforgettable dining experience.
Ingredients:
  • 180g haloumi, cut into 5mm pieces
  • 2 (about 95g each) chorizo sausages, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml sherry vinegar
  • 16 Pacific oysters, in the half shell
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, heat the oil until sizzling. Add the haloumi and chorizo, cook for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown, then stir in the vinegar before removing from heat.
  • Arrange the fresh oysters on a beautiful platter. Generously spoon the delectable haloumi mixture over them and enjoy right away.
