Ingredients:
  • 100g thinly sliced pancetta, chopped
  • 40.00 ml flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 24 oysters, on the half shell
  • 36.60 gm Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lay the pancetta slices on the tray. Grill for 5 minutes until crispy. Toss with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Season each oyster with a hint of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of savory pancetta.
  • Arrange the oysters on a baking tray and place them under the grill for 2 minutes until cooked. Serve hot.
