Festive Christmas biscotti with orange oil, white chocolate, cranberries, and pecans for holiday cheer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together sugar and butter in a separate bowl. Add eggs, orange oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Gradually sift in the flour mixture and beat until well combined. Gently fold in white chocolate chips, cranberries, and pecans. Divide the dough in half and shape into rectangles on the cookie sheets.
  • Preheat the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then slice into biscotti. Toast in the oven for 15 minutes on each side.
