Indulge in these delicious, nutty berry treats with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 350g pkt frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 500g Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 6 almond biscotti, coarsely chopped
  • Honey, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the fresh berries and sweet honey in a food processor until a smooth mixture forms.
  • Pass the berry mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing the berries with a spoon to extract juice. Remove and discard the seeds.
  • Gently swirl the yoghurt into the berry mixture using a large spoon for a marble effect. Divide the yoghurt mixture among glasses evenly. Top with almond biscotti and a drizzle of honey before serving.
