- 50 ml quality vodka
- 1 clementine or ½ a pomegranate
- soda water
- 1 cinnamon stick optional
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and add vodka. Squeeze in 50ml of clementine juice or 50ml of fresh pomegranate juice. Top up with soda water, give a gentle stir with a cinnamon stick if available. Get creative with any extra seeds that may fall in. To make for a group, pre-squeeze juice into a jug for easy pouring. Cheers!
