Festive Christmas crackles with rice bubbles, white chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml rice bubbles
  • 50g butter
  • 250.00 ml white marshmallows
  • 30g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 20 Jaffa lollies
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix rice bubbles. In a small saucepan, gently melt butter and marshmallows until smooth. Pour the mixture over the rice bubbles and stir well to combine.
  • Fill mini patty cases with mixture and allow to set for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the crackles and place a Jaffa on top of each one. Allow it to set.
