Indulge in irresistible chocolate puddings with a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 200g pkt good-quality milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 105g (3 cups) Coco Pops
  • 100g white chocolate melts
  • 10 red Nestle Smarties
Instructions:
  • Prepare muffin pans by lining ten 125ml (1/2-cup) capacity pans with paper cases. Melt milk chocolate and butter in a large heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
  • Mix in the coco pops gently. Portion out into the prepared pans and shape into domes. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over a simmering saucepan of water, stirring with a metal spoon until smooth. Be sure the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  • Drizzle a touch of white chocolate over each pudding and garnish with a colorful smartie. Allow to set before serving.
