Ingredients:

8 Weet-Bix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
20.00 ml rum
10.00 gm cocoa
170.00 gm sultanas
125.00 ml coconut, plus extra, for rolling

Instructions:

Break up Weet-Bix in a bowl. Combine all ingredients and chill mixture for 30 minutes (helps with shaping into balls).
Form mixture into bite-sized balls, then coat them with additional coconut flakes.
