Delicious and untested recipe from a member.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Weet-Bix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 20.00 ml rum
  • 10.00 gm cocoa
  • 170.00 gm sultanas
  • 125.00 ml coconut, plus extra, for rolling
Instructions:
  • Break up Weet-Bix in a bowl. Combine all ingredients and chill mixture for 30 minutes (helps with shaping into balls).
  • Form mixture into bite-sized balls, then coat them with additional coconut flakes.
