  • 9 Weet-Bix
  • 20.00 gm Cocoa
  • 32.50 gm shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 170.00 gm sultanas
  • 40.00 ml rum
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Crush the WeetBix into small pieces using the end of a rolling pin.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients thoroughly. Incorporate the rum and condensed milk, mixing by hand until fully blended. Chill in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Take the mixture out of the fridge and shape it into balls. Coat the balls generously with coconut and chill.
