Ingredients:
  • 250g chocolate ripple biscuits, finely crushed
  • 250g Scotch finger biscuits, finely crushed
  • 32.50 gm cocoa, sifted
  • 62.50 ml rum
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 65.00 gm shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Sift cocoa into a bowl, then mix in all ingredients excluding coconut.
  • Moisten hands and shape mixture into small balls. Coat with shredded coconut for a tropical touch.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of one hour before serving.
