Decadent coconut-cocoa-walnut truffles.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt plain biscuits (e.g. Milk Coffee)
  • 42.90 gm cocoa powder
  • 57.50 gm walnuts, (optional) chopped
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 395g can condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed biscuits to a bowl, then mix in cocoa powder, walnuts, and 1/4 of the coconut. Create a well in the center of the mixture.
  • Stir in the condensed milk until everything is well combined using a wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Spread the leftover coconut on a plate. Shape level tablespoons of the mixture into oval balls, then coat with the coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
