Indulge in creamy dark chocolate truffles with cream cheese, walnuts, and coconut for a decadent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 250g Cream Cheese, softened
  • 225g Melts Real Dark Chocolate
  • Chopped walnuts, to decorate
  • Cadbury Bournville Cocoa, to decorate
  • Shredded coconut, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Whip the cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Melt chocolate melts in the microwave as per packet instructions, then mix with cream cheese until fully combined. Refrigerate mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  • Prepare a plate for each: walnuts, cocoa powder, and coconut. Shape 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture into balls, then coat them by rolling in the walnuts, cocoa powder, or coconut. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
