Indulgent Caramilk truffles with condensed milk, easy to make and impossible to resist. Finish with a decadent chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits
  • 50g (1/2 cup) flaked almonds, toasted
  • 3 x 180g blocks Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Combine the biscuits and almonds in a food processor and pulse until you have a fine crumb mixture. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt a 180g block of Caramilk chocolate on Medium power, stirring every minute with a metal spoon for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Combine the melted chocolate, condensed milk, and coconut with the biscuit mixture until well mixed.
  • Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Shape 2 teaspoons of the biscuit mixture into a ball and place on the tray. Continue with the rest of the mixture. Freeze until firm.
  • Place the rest of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Dip balls in melted chocolate using a fork, let the extra drip off. Chill in the fridge until set. Serve.
