Impress loved ones with easy-to-make rum balls.
Ingredients:
  • 625.00 ml Madeira cake crumbs (approximately 280g)
  • 32.50 gm baking cocoa
  • 125.00 ml light & creamy evaporated milk
  • 20.00 ml rum
  • 125.00 ml chocolate sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Mix cake crumbs and cocoa together in a large bowl. Pour in the evaporated milk and rum. Stir until a thick, sticky mixture forms. Transfer chocolate sprinkles to a shallow bowl.
  • Roll 2 teaspoons of crumb mixture into a ball, coating it generously with chocolate sprinkles. Place on a large plate. Repeat with the rest of the mixture and sprinkles. Chill for 1 hour. Enjoy after chilling.
