Create a bold and flavorful dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 330ml (1 1/3 cups) fresh orange juice
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 200g pkts dried fruit salad
  • 20.00 ml dark rum
  • 80g (1/3 cup) Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine orange juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high, add dried fruit, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 6-7 minutes until the fruit is soft and plump.
  • Take the pan off the heat and mix in the rum. Ignite the liquid using a long match and let the flame extinguish. Stir thoroughly and serve promptly with a dollop of yogurt.
