No-cook gingerbread rumballs

Impress with easy no-bake rum balls using store-bought ginger loaf. Great holiday gift idea!
Ingredients:
  • 515g Brand Ginger Loaf (see tip), crumbled
  • 60g desiccated coconut
  • 80ml condensed milk
  • 40.00 ml dark rum (optional)
  • 65g chocolate chips
  • Desiccated coconut, extra, to coat
Instructions:
  • Combine cake crumbs, coconut, condensed milk, optional rum, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper. Using 1 tablespoon of the mixture, form it into a ball and place it on the prepared tray. Continue this process with the rest of the mixture.
  • Spread additional coconut flakes on a plate. Roll the balls in the coconut to cover them completely. Transfer the coated balls into an airtight container and refrigerate.
