Festive holiday cookies with colorful marshmallows, chocolate, and coconut for easy, eye-catching treats.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (16 ounce) package colored miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla, then fold in the marshmallows and walnuts.
  • Spread half of the coconut on a baking sheet. Shape the chocolate mixture into two logs and roll them in the coconut. Chill until firm, about 1 hour, then slice into 3/4-inch pieces.
