Family-favorite baked shrimp with zesty cilantro-lime Mexican twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning (such as Badia® Complete Seasoning®)
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 slices white bread, crusts removed, toasted
  • 1 butter-flavored cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • In a food processor, blend oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, seasoning, and cayenne until smooth. Toss the shrimp with the mixture in a bowl, then transfer everything into a 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
  • Pulse toasted bread in a food processor until finely crumbed. Sprinkle the shrimp evenly with bread crumbs and generously coat with cooking spray.
  • Bake until bubbly and shrimp turn bright pink, approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
