Indulgent Cinnabon® roll cake: White cake swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar, topped with glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine 3 cups flour, milk, white sugar, eggs, baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl until fully incorporated. Mix in 1/4 cup melted butter before pouring the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, blend 1 cup of softened butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and cinnamon until creamy. Spoon the mixture over the batter in the baking pan.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the top layer into the bottom layer to achieve a marbled effect.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
  • Whisk together confectioners' sugar, milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy and well combined.
  • Pour the glaze onto the freshly baked cake.
