Turn breakfast into dessert with these irresistible cinnamon roll blondies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 13x9-inch pan by greasing it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the blondie bars in a large bowl until a thick batter forms, then spread evenly in the pan.
  • Mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon the mixture on top of the batter in the pan and use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges turn golden brown and the center is dry. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to whip up the cream cheese frosting ingredients on medium speed until they form a thick and fluffy frosting, adding just enough milk. Spread this delightful frosting on top of the blondies and cut into 4 rows by 3 rows before enjoying!
