Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Lay the chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly sprinkle with generous amounts of ground cinnamon, seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure to dust the cinnamon lightly without clumping.
  • Roast at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for roughly 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices are clear.
